    Job Summary

    Pay Range: $51,124- $74,293

    Note: Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range

    Supports HMSA's mission and vision by driving consistency in operations through the development and facilitation of eLearning materials that are current, accurate, relevant, and effective. Assess, develop, evaluate, implement, and deliver training and development programs for the business units within the Customer Relations department, to include coaching and consulting to close department skill gaps.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write high-level communication for specific audiences.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

    • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs using an appropriate mode (in-person or virtual) to provide understanding of department technology and workflows, relevant laws, and HMSA plans and benefits. Manage logistics of training including planning, scheduling, and preparation of necessary tools and materials.
  • Assist the department with daily business operations and functions including activities such as phone servicing, on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching.
  • Support the development of course and written training materials. Assess the department's current and future training needs and gaps. Provide research, analysis, consulting and coaching to close servicing gaps.
  • Develop and design in-person and online courses and learning material, curriculum, learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Maintain training material and curriculum in HMSA's learning management system. Efficiently use the learning management system to promote individual and group learning.
