- Assist in coordinating project logistics, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to operational activities
- Support daily operations tasks under the guidance of senior staff members.
- Contribute to data entry and management within operational databases and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.
- Administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining meeting notes
- Act as a liaison with other departments on open workflow tasks and projects

- Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program pursuing a bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering, Business management, Operations, or related field and in good standing at an accredited college or university. Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week and complete a 12-week internship program.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
