Description
Champion Container Corp is a growing distribution company of industrial packaging supplies (drums, pails, and bottles).We are currently seeking an individual with customer service experience and excellent communication skills for a full-time customer service position.
We provide an excellent salary and a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with experience and abilities. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. No overtime or weekend requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with purchasing to make sure inventory levels and pricing are good
- Assist the sales force with any customer or product information they may need while they are out on the road
- Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Professional demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly reliable and dependable
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Outstanding phone skills
- Good computer and internet skills required
