    Description
    Insight Global is looking for an Task Management Analyst to support a DoD engineering office based in the Pentagon. This individual will be responsible for managing all office workflow tasks using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).

    They will also draft documents for review by senior leadership; compose correspondence and memoranda requiring independent judgment as to content; ensure correspondence accuracy, format, spelling and grammar; and assemble enclosures, attachments, and other reference documentation before submission of the correspondence package to senior level decision makers final approval.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience, or High School and 9 years
    • Active Top Secret Clearance
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Experience using CATMS (Correspondence and Task Management System) or other tasking tools
    • Experience managing travel requests and tickets for government personnel
    • Experience with administrative and office management tasks in support of DoD or Intel office

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
