Clutch is looking for a People & Culture Director with agency experience for a position with a client of ours.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide support, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and embody the company values, championing your teams.
  • Organize and facilitate the annual team meetings efficiently.
  • Drive performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and cultivate a culture of motivation and growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all team members.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, oversee interviewing, and onboard new hires seamlessly.
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employeecentric policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and eliminate operational obstacles, ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Plan and execute engaging internal events in collaboration with team leads and other departments.
  • Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations effectively.
  • Empower team members by providing guidance, support, and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Network at industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to build strong relationships and stay current in the field.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a company advocate by promoting the company values, mission, and services.

Requirements:


  • 8+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing, organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
