To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a


Sales Support Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • You are the first point of contact for our customers for all questions regarding our products
  • You handle orders from receipt to invoicing in our ERP system
  • You maintain existing customer relationships and build new ones
  • Support in the areas of customer service and ecommerce
  • General sales tasks such as quotation and order processing
  • Preparation and participation in marketing and sales activities
  • Support our team with general administrative tasks

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in German and have good English skills
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and are able to meet their needs
  • You work independently and in a structured manner and are proficient in MS Office programs
