Do you have a knack for fixing things and a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems? We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd or 3rd shift.

This is a permanent position with a sign-on bonus, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our complex machinery and equipment, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum life span and efficiency.
Utilizing PLC programming to enhance equipment functionality and efficiency.
Handling equipment repairs including mechanical and electrical systems.
Operating a variety of machine tools to manufacture and repair mechanical assemblies.
Using power tools effectively and safely to perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with hydraulic systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair, PLC programming, mechanical systems, electrical systems, machine operation, precision measurement, power tools, pneumatic systems, and conveyor systems.

Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems, as well as an ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents.

High level of proficiency in using various tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
A technical certification or an associate degree in mechanical or electrical systems is preferred.
