The community of Adendorf is currently seeking a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) for our
daycare center to start as soon as possible in a part-time, permanent position.

We see ourselves as a modern service provider for our approximately 11,000 residents (m/f/d) in Adendorf.

Geographically located in the district of Lüneburg, our community is situated right outside the gates of the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg and is part of the Hamburg metropolitan region.

We are known for our extensive sports and leisure activities as the sports community of the Lüneburg district.

Each employee takes on responsibility and contributes to continuously improving our services for our residents (m/f/d). We see ourselves as a learning organization.

In our daycare center,

- we all work on an equal footing and equally in the group team
- the children are cared for in fixed "core groups"
- we work situation-oriented and value the participation of the children
- our team includes "floating" staff, educational staff, volunteers (m/f/d), housekeeping and cleaning staff, as well as a part-time caretaker (m/f/d)
- we have full-day, morning, and afternoon groups
- the children can be cared for from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- we do not have any closures during school holidays
