Your tasks:

  • Supporting the construction and project management in evaluating contract issues and potential claims
  • Managing VOB correspondence
  • Tracking submitted claims
  • Preparing additional claims
  • Participating in negotiations for additional claims
  • Tracking additional claims from subcontractors

Our expectations:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in construction management or supervision of construction sites in a responsible position in special civil engineering; ideally in the area of excavation, large bored piles, and diaphragm walls
  • Legally sound knowledge and experience in dealing with VOB Part B and C
  • Good knowledge of cost estimation
  • Independent and goal-oriented work
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and understanding of complex construction-related issues
  • Strong team player
