We are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) to join our team in Old Appleton, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for creating organizational conditions that allow our team to thrive.

As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the planning phases of our projects, implementing agile work processes.

This position can be performed in a hybrid setting, either from home or at one of our office locations in Mannheim, Saarbrücken, or Berlin.


Responsibilities:

  • You will work with teams of consultants, developers, and QA professionals on client projects throughout the entire project cycle (initiation, conception, analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
  • You will organize regular team and client meetings to discuss project status and next steps
  • You will facilitate collaboration between clients and the team to ensure successful project outcomes
  • You will lead a team of 36 individuals
  • You will support the team in maintaining agile work methods
  • You will assist the team in estimating the feasibility of requirements and identifying potential risks
  • You will act as a "caretaker" for your team, resolving conflicts and ensuring a productive work environment
  • You will help train clients on our work processes and prepare them for agile project work
  • In your role, you may also act as a "firefighter," resolving conflicts and deescalating challenging situations

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 4+ years of experience
