The Erosion Company (TEC) is the largest and most experienced erosion control contractor in the Southeast, and we are growing.

TEC offers clients comprehensive erosion control, specialty materials, forestry, and other site clean-up/control services. TEC is currently hiring a
Training Manager.


The Training Manager will lead, direct, and develop a training department to support the existing and growing training needs of The Erosion Company.

Responsible for directing, supervising, and administrating the flow of trainers and maintenance in the training areas. Develop/oversee/maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).

Ensure various internal actors are keeping up with training requirements and ensuring training programs are successful and meet business goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating all training across all affiliates and their respective contact points.
  • Coordinates training programs for compliance, clerical, supervisory, technical, and management in nature
  • Manage, run, and analyze reports on Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Project manage and maintain system integration between LMS used by affiliates.
  • Administrative support for other internal training coordinators, such as the collection of and input of signin sheets, data entry,
  • Identify and track training metrics, such as 360 surveys, retention rates, and internal promotions.
  • Coordinate Internal Management Training Program
  • Source and develop training content as needed to deliver uptodate training for compliance and development of employees.
  • Conduct time study analysis across all operational facets to conduct data analysis for opportunity growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in training management, program development, or a similar field of 3+ years.
  • Holds bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred prior experience working with digital and facetoface training instructions.
  • Construction experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with content creation software is preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint are required; intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook are required.
