_Your tasks will include:
_
- Managing a designated customer base from order acceptance to delivery- Administration, coordination, monitoring, and alignment of customer forecasts/demands- Participation in customer agreements- Optimization and reduction of inventory levels- Capacity and sales planning in alignment with order backlog- Commercial complaint processing- Participation in optimization projects- Organizing internal/external meetings including pre/post-meeting preparation and documentation- Participation/development of improvements to be implemented in the ERP system (SAP)- Assisting with the implementation of EDI in SAP (customer monitoring)- Creating sales planning for the designated customer base (month/quarter/year)- Team member in production/machine planning, as well as planning for subcontractors- Contact person for apprentices in the order management department
_You bring with you:_- Successful technical/commercial education or comparable degree with relevant professional experience in an industrial or production company- Experience in customer service or order processing- Very good, team-oriented work style and social skills- A high level of analytical
