- In collaboration with CPO & Medical Director, lead strategic implementation of Integrated Healthcare model, including physician and medical, pharmacy operations and efficiencies.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external medical partners and community stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of partnerships with the organization's strategic goals.
- Sustain collaborations with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), particularly in primary care behavioral health initiatives.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing collaborative care between medical and behavioral health services.
- Drive improvements in patient outcomes and experiences through collaborative efforts.
- Manage Medical Services staff, recruitment, retention, and administrative supervision.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Medical Director, and HR/recruiting teams.
- Develop, review, and modify Medical Services policies, procedures, and training materials to promote efficient and effective medical service delivery.
