The position is a one year, grant funded position, with theoption of extension of contract, at OSU
The integrated portion of this position is to support thedevelopment and implementation of our integrated care programming, specificallythe implementation of Collaborative Care programs throughout our OSU Medicineclinics.
Collaborative Care is a team-based, population-based approach to carethat works to coordinate services of care managers, primary care providers, andpsychiatry consultation.
The LCSW will be a key member implementing the programin our Family Medicine, Pediatric, and Addiction Medicine services.The role in the outpatient clinic is to providepsychotherapy services to patients referred from a variety of sources,including psychiatry, addiction medicine, pain management, and pediatrics.
Theposition would serve within our robust system to support the patient needs forongoing psychotherapy and counseling services.Environmental Hazard:
