Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and establish project timelines.
  • Utilizes Salesforce and other project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of project assets and materials.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates.
  • Monitors project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Identifies and mitigates project risks and obstacles, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Continuously evaluates project processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability within the marketing team, promoting teamwork and shared ownership of project outcomes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing project management or a related role, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and platforms, with proficient experience in Salesforce.
