Position: Retail Assistant Manager

Ensure smooth daily operations of a retail outlet by supporting staff on the sales floor and handling administrative duties
Inspect inventory shipments, resolve customer complaints, and train new team members
Assist the store manager in meeting sales plans and target objectives
Ensure consistent execution of marketing and visual presentation
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to boost sales
Train staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain inventory controls as guided by senior management
Secure the store at closing
Keep records of store sales, damages, and scheduling

Required Qualifications:

2 years of retail sales/customer service experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Effective communication with customers and team members
Open availability including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation for bank trips
Attention to detail for marketing displays and store appearance
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
