Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand excellence in the B2B space? Publicis Sapient is seeking a visionary Global Brand Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. As part of our journey to establish a best-in-class Global Brand Marketing Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand strategy and driving awareness of the Publicis Sapient brand worldwide.
Your Impact:
• Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand framework aligned with business objectives, positioning Publicis Sapient as the digital business transformation partner of choice.

Qualifications
• years of experience in brand and employer brand strategy, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing strategies in a global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify - boiling vast amounts of information down to simple, insightful nuggets that teams can action and build great creative and communications around.
• Firm believer in the power of brand to attract and activate audiences, to drive awareness and consideration, and positively impact the business.
• Experience working with creative groups (either in-house or at agencies) and an ability to craft insight-rich strategies and briefs that will inform great creative work.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving brand excellence.
• Ability to navigate constant change in a fast-moving and fast-growing organization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business impact, and the ability to make the business case for brand.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $130,000 - $195,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
