In this role, you will report to the Senior Creative Director, Brand & Business Marketing and work closely with other cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business, communications or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, with exposure to multiple marketing functions preferred
  • Detail oriented and organized in thinking and execution to maintain marketing collateral and information
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively problem solve using resources available, exercising good judgment and decision making
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

What you'll do

Sales Enablement Support:Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and Product Marketing to develop and maintain repository of sales collateral, presentations and training materials

Social Media Management: Manage Attain's social media accounts, including content curation and scheduling, engagement monitoring and response management; Stay informed about social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement

Brand Creative Assistance:Provide support to the Senior Creative Director in developing and maintaining visual assets, such as brand guidelines, graphics, and promotional materials; Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all marketing materials; Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to manage creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of project requirements

Content Writing:Provide editorial assistance in the development of content for _The Outcome, _Attain's news publication
