We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join TYLin's PMCM Sector.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Support the use of and manage a comprehensive document management system.
- Generate, capture, manage, track, and retrieve all projectrelated documents, including formal correspondence, internal and external submittals and deliverables, design and construction request for information, document tracking logs and reports, meeting minutes, and workflows and notifications over the period of the contract.
- Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes, including action items and decisions,
- Assist in initiating, developing, responding to, and producing tracking logs for a wide range of project documents, including contractors', subcontractors', consultants', subcontractors', third parties', and Owner's documents.
- Provide support in document retrieval and workflow processing for the Owner and end users.
- Offer assistance during contract closeout, ensuring the Owner receives a complete copy of the System.
- Continuously manage the System for the duration of the Service Authority's contract.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred with 35 years of experience in document controls.
- Proficiency in the use of SharePoint is a must.
- Experience with document control software or platforms such as Procore required.
- Experience working in large organizations or on multimillion dollar projects.
