Job Summary

TYLin is looking for an environmental specialist to join our PMCM team

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring on a fulltime basis the asbestos surveys to ensure the survey is performed in accordance with Project Requirements and Design criteria.
Reviewing asbestos abatement placard documents.
Oversee the asbestos abatement activities to ensure the asbestos abatement contractor and the project monitor peform the work in accordance with the scope.
Perform inspections during lead disturbance work to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and MTA C&D regulations and procedures.
Performing asbestos surveys as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
BS Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field preferred with 5+ years of experience.
