Position:
Inventory Control Analyst


Reports to:
Inventory Control Supervisor


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Analyze Nine Month Residual Inventory report
  • Approve and make changes to sales orders over $500.00
  • Analyze and process stock rotations
  • Po Register; review for cost, part#, inventory & delivery date errors
  • Monitor consignment inventory for MS and MR warehouses
  • WCIR; Analyze inventory and make necessary changes
  • Dated Material Report; Analyze and process expiring material
  • Analyze inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to purchase orders
  • Review of Daily Over Shipment Report

Requirements:


  • 2 years' experience in inventory management or related field
  • Detail oriented, organized and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines, basic math skills, working with decimals
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, including skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of Excel data entry and formulas (+, -, =, sort, hide & insert columns)

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions
  • Work cross conventionally with other departments
  • Must be able to deal successfully with vendor on our concerns & issues
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and train effectively at all levels of the organization

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
