    Product Information Manager Position at Hardware Specialty Co., Inc.

    Title:

    Product Information Manager

    Reports To:

    Director, Marketing and Procurement

    Summary:

    Responsible for organizing and maintaining product information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across categories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage product page structure consistently
    • Collaborate with partners for accurate product data
    • Take input from internal partners to clarify product requirements
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and competitiveness
    • Develop efficient processes for product creation and updates
    • Research solutions for automating product information flows
    • Solve system-related problems and support PIM solution implementation
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to understand technology in a business context
    • Effective relationship management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Experience in wholesale/distribution industry is a plus

    Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner/Manager in eCommerce, retail, or distribution/manufacturing
