*Your role:
  • Responsible for the professional, disciplinary, and organizational leadership of the department
  • Support the units in developing nursing excellence
  • Monitor defined key figures, vacation planning, and overtime development
  • Independently take on and coordinate projects
  • Implement a solid practical training program with the support of our practice instructors
  • Actively manage the treatment process and occupancy together with the responsible senior physicians
*Your qualifications:
  • Recognized degree as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
  • Ideally completed studies in nursing management or interest in pursuing it
  • First leadership experience, high social competence, and strong organizational skills
  • Respectful and participative leadership style
  • Driving force for organization, processes, and collaboration in all areas of responsibility within the nursing department
