Telephone Operator (m/w/d) for one of our well-known client companies.


Your tasks:


  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns or problems and provide assistance and support
  • You provide various services over the phone for customer retention, acquisition and sales optimization
  • You answer incoming calls or make outbound calls to customers
  • Maintaining and updating customer data is also part of your responsibilities
