For one of our IT system teams, we are looking for a Trainee Team Leader with a focus on sales (m/f/d) in Weston, ID.

In a dual leadership role (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all sales and commercial matters of the team, while your partner (m/f/d) takes care of the technical leadership.

Your responsibilities:

As a Trainee Team Leader with a sales focus (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all sales aspects of your team.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and systematically develop customer potential.
Grab our prequalified leads and turn them into satisfied new customers.
Understand the needs of our customers and ensure they feel understood.
As the interface between the team and the customer, you will create offers (including pricing) and translate technical concepts into customer language.
Develop your team commercially and personally.

Your profile:

Several years of experience in solution sales (in an IT environment)
Commercial and personnel management experience
Creativity and confidence in pricing
Talent for developing sales strategies
Absolutely reliable work style and exceptional negotiation skills
Ideally, experience in accompanying IT carveouts
