- Create growth and revenue for Core Banking software and service offerings through new client acquisition of Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in the US market.
- Build and forecast the pipeline, qualify the leads generated by the marketing team and partner organizations, and manage large contracts to closure.
- Sell Core Banking software products and solutions (e.g., lending, mortgages, credit cards) to top banks across the US.
- Develop and execute a Go-to-Market plan for achieving growth.
- Build strategic relationships with prospective clients to identify new initiatives and generate new business.
- Lead client engagements and key negotiations from lead generation to contract signing.
- Understand customer needs, develop proposals, and provide market trend insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, marketing) to establish effective market campaigns.
- Deliver on revenue targets and report sales performance regularly.
- 15 years of Sales experience in the banking Industry, particularly Tier 1 banks.
- Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of retail banking challenges (technological, regulatory, commercial).
- Experience working with customers and vendors at various levels.
- Excellent communication, influencing, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
