'BIG oHG, a medium-sized service company in the field of business and event catering, is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager (m/f/d) for one of our company restaurants in Memmingen, Pinch, WV. Your responsibilities:

  • Ordering of all food and nonfood items
  • Professional and highquality presentation of the entire food selection
  • Creation, calculation, and monitoring of the weekly menu
  • Coordination and supervision of conference, event, and guest services
  • Preparation and cooking of snacks and main meals
  • Compliance with hygiene, safety regulations, and internal standards
  • Planning and execution of special events and themed weeks
  • Leadership and motivation of employees, as well as scheduling
  • Administrative tasks for the management

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a cook
  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent manners and social skills
  • Qualityconsciousness, organizational talent, and team spirit
  • PC skills
