Responsibilities:

Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers from entering the store until they leave
Active greeting and farewell management
Hospitality service
Providing customers with beverages
Ensuring clean and tidy premises
Supporting the team with all organizational activities on the sales floor and in the back of house

Qualifications:

Experience as a host/hostess in guest service/hospitality/event service
Understanding of hospitality
Organizational skills
Language skills: very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
Charismatic and open demeanor
Enjoyment of interacting with people
Strong communication skills and empathy
Handson mentality and attention to detail
Punctuality and reliability
