What you will do:

Independent planning, control, and reporting of program costs in the corresponding systems (Planisware Shine and Excel spreadsheets)
Independent implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations (plan/actual)
Optimization and mapping of processes for collecting the current program budget with the involvement of all stakeholders
Provision of management reports
Participation in creating the annual start plan
Presentation to global management
Management of ordering and booking processes in SAP
Support in the monetary evaluation of program risks and opportunities
Maintenance and improvement of the internal SharePoint for procurement and finance

What you bring:

Business degree in controlling or accounting
Experience in large projects, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
Experience in project or program management, PM certification is an advantage
Good English skills
Professional knowledge of MS Office
Excellent SAP knowledge
