Your Tasks
  • telephone customer support and proactive sales approach in outbound sales
  • proactive consultation on telecommunications products (landline and mobile phone, internet)

Your Profile
  • good German language skills in speaking and writing
  • proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Office) is an advantage
