» Your tasks:

Participation in the implementation of national and international transactions in the field of company acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures
Support in conducting company valuations using recognized and market-standard valuation methods (DCF / multiples)
Preparation of decision documents for management
Participation in screening projects
Active involvement in portfolio, key figure, market, and competition analyses

» Your profile:

Studies in economics, law, engineering, or natural sciences (from the 4th semester)
Ideally, first practical experience, e.g. through internships in industry, consulting, or investment banking
Interest in financial issues
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Independent and responsible work style
