    Office Assistant

    Professional Note

The ideal Office Assistant is hard working, driven, detail-oriented, charismatic, and loves to work in a team environment. To be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish bi-lingual is a bonus but not required.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Ability to pass a Drug Test
    • Ability to pass a routine background check
    • Has a strong attention to detail
    • Has the capacity to take direction
    • Ability to work well under minimal supervision
    • Bi-lingual: able to read, write and speak Spanish and English
    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Must have your own reliable transportation
    Resposibilites and Role
    • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
    • Managing the filing system.
    • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
    • Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
    • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
    • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
    • Scheduling appointments for Interviews
    • Processing and Interviewing candidates.
    • Coordinating events as necessary.
    • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
    • Assist with translation for the first night of training for new hires in evening shifts when available.
