ESMC is a European semiconductor manufacturing company that was formed as a joint venture between four technology leaders: TSMC, Bosch, Infineon, and NXP. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Leader to join our team as:

Job Summary/Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ESMC's human resources, including setting up and overseeing the local HR team in Dresden.
You will also be responsible for managing and minimizing any employment legal and HR-related risks, as well as representing ESMC in communicating HR matters with public officials and internal and external stakeholders.
You will report to Corporate HR in TSMC Taiwan and align ESMC with corporate HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Align with TSMC Overseas Operations Office HR policies and procedures and establish HR management systems for ESMC in Dresden (e.g. payroll, time & attendance, performance management), including developing local HR policies, products, and procedures.
