Rocky Ford is a family-owned, medium-sized company specializing in the production of wire ropes and control cables.

In addition to our main focus on the automotive industry, our products are also used in municipal and material handling vehicles, furniture and lighting industries, medical and rehabilitation products, and agriculture.

We produce over 17 million wire ropes and control cables of various designs and complexities each year.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated and motivated employees as Machine Operators (m/f/d) and Production Assistants (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Inserting provided components (wire ropes or control cables, casing sections) into the machine and attaching/spraying designated end pieces (piecework)
Maintaining/cleaning the machines
SPC documentation/operational data recording
Adhering to safety and quality standards
