What You Will Be Doing?

Create demand at the customer level, ensuring that the customer is well-informed about our products and is keen on Syngenta solutions
Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio by offering recommendations and addressing concerns in the field as necessary, in collaboration with Agronomy
Provide a personalized customer-centric experience by actively listening to farmers, surpassing their expectations, and aligning goals with the farmers' needs
Engage in business activities in a contemporary manner by delivering a distinct sales experience
Educate farmers by challenging existing practices and leveraging expertise to establish long-term trust
Customize and provide specific field recommendations
Grant access to the industry's widest and most diverse range of hybrids

Qualifications
What Sets You Apart?

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, or a degree in a field outside Agriculture, or equivalent work experience
Background in a customer-centric role with proven sales and negotiation competencies
