Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and the ability to effectively sell them
  • Previous experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders in medium, large, and enterprise companies
  • Tactical skills to plan and execute sales operations and shorten the sales cycle
  • Successful track record in complex sales and large deal sizes
  • Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation skills in both onsite and offsite settings
  • Resultsdriven with efficient time management skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn and grow
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Valuesdriven individual who aligns with our company culture
