SpineSearch is seeking to fill an opening to join a leading healthcare system's neurology team in Westchester County, New York. New grads and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners encouraged to apply as well

Position is full time, 3x12's - offers a competitive salary based on experience, comprehensive benefits, and room for growth.

Requirements of the Physician Assistant:

Master's Degree
New York Physician Assistant license
Board certification
Experience in neuro or related specialty preferred

Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant:

Conducts physical exams, assesses health status, orders, and interprets tests, prescribes medications, and treats illnesses including giving injections.
Take a patient's medical history/record demographics
Order and interpret tests
Conduct physical examinations
Diagnose and treat illnesses
Write prescriptions
Counsel patients on preventative care
Perform variety of procedures
See patients for consults
Provide inpatient support for neuroscience department
