Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Global Marcom Specialist to join our team at the Wilmington, DE siteThe Global Marcom Specialist spearheads the design, development, and execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns to achieve specified marketing objectives.
This role encompasses all aspects of campaign project management, including the selection of tactics, budget oversight, performance tracking, and reporting.
The specialist collaborates closely with the Global Marketing Program Manager to establish campaign strategies and goals, and partners with various internal teams and external entities for the creation and implementation of campaign assets.
The ideal candidate will have a formal education in marketing and 8+ years experience in a marketing, branding, or marketing communications role.
The ability to thrive in a large matrix organization and strong interpersonal and communication skills are important for success in this role.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with Global Marketing Program Managers and Global Marcom Specialist colleagues to develop the global campaign strategy and designWork with Global and Regional Marketing Program Managers to identify, develop and implement an effective campaign design to meet key business objectives and additional KPI's (per the annual operational plans)Ensure adherence to Agilent brand and design standards and consistent messaging across programs, campaigns and deliverablesLeads the development and delivery of all campaign assets such as eDM, landing pages, multi-media, media, web pages, key sales collateral (brochures, flyer) and campaign announcements on time and on budgetWork with Agilent internal groups and external agencies for development, localization and implementation of campaign assetsTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually optimize campaign outcome.
Provide monthly campaign dashboard to monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize resultsReview and discuss campaign strategy and results with global and regional MPM and PLs/Segments stakeholders during quarterly marketing planning/review meetings to ensure strategic goals are metCollaborate with internal clients and stakeholders such as Product and Segment Marketing, Global and Regional Marketing Program teams, and external partners to facilitate quality and timely delivery of projectsOwn campaign budget allocation and cost tracking in Agilent systems to support ROMI analysisMaintain projects and documents in Agilent databases and content management systemsQualifications8+ years of marketing and/or marketing strategy and communications experienceBA/BS or equivalent experience in Marketing, Marketing CommunicationsProficient in various Marcom tactics including demand generation, advertising, PR, and social media, direct marketing, E-pushes, print mailings, customer events, social mediaExcellent project management and organizational skills.
Experienced in coordinating external collaborations across time zonesPrevious experience and the ability to work as part of a virtual distributed team and organizationSkilled in leading multiple deadline-oriented projects, handling interruptions, and finding creative solutions for complex issuesKnowledge of graphical software and html editors (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator)Proficient in Microsoft Office, translation technologies, content management systems, and other enterprise solutionsAbility to give clear, concise and constructive feedback to both internal and external resourcesExceptional English communication skillsExperience with Marketing Automation considered a plus#LI-RK1Agilent Technologies, Inc.
