- To serve as a project lead/manager to conduct comprehensive manpower requirements determination studies and organizational analyses of a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and work processes and provide management consultant capabilities to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings.
- Responsible for the Management of the DLIELC Civilian Personnel Management Document.
- Organizational point of contact and liaison with 37th TRW, JBSA 802d Civilian Personnel Office and AFPC.
- Coordinates, implements and serves as the action office on all aspects of the civilian personnel programs for DLIELC.
- Manages the Security program for DLIELC (600+ personnel).
- In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions and Administrative and Management Positions.
- Developing new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and/or program administration procedures as well as to design and carry out team studies and projects.
- Evaluating statistical information and its application to security and personnel resource management.
- Applying civilian and military HR rules, procedures, and operations sufficient to provide advice to management on a variety of issues.
- Knowledge of organization, programs, missions, functions of DLIELC to manage security programs and integrate civilian, military, manpower and personnel requirements and issues.
- Analytical ability to evaluate information and its application to AF security and personnel resource management.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of federal statues and guidelines.
- Extensive knowledge of the diverse and dynamic structure and mission of the DLIELC organization.
- Skill in analysis techniques in conducting research and gathering data.
