- Support the bank's payment solutions including in house developed components and 3rd party systems.
- Manage releases for internal platforms.
- Lead and train team mates on current and upcoming technologies.
- Install, configure, administer, design, build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain simple to complex applications
- Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with developers, vendors, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
- Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand any overlap of teams and applications
- Assist in training of new users, and growing the MuleSoft skills set across the whole organization
- Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft feature releases and provide recommendations to drive greater efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience is required.
- 3+ years of Mulesoft developer/support experience
- 6+ years of experience in IT
- Minimum 4 years' experience in application support, professional services, and/or QA
- Good analytical, communication, facilitation/organizational skills
- 3+ years' experience working with MS-SQL or other databases
- Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Good understanding of Change Management processes
- Good understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation
- MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
- Software Development and/or implementation experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations
