Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing the daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing parts and accessories
  • Ensuring that the parts department is properly stocked and organized to maximize efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately identifying and fulfilling customer needs
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinating with service technicians to ensure that necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and warranty claims
  • Managing and training parts department staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts role in a Ford dealership
  • Extensive knowledge of Ford parts and warranties
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with postsecondary education in automotive technology or business management preferred
