Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing the daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing parts and accessories
- Ensuring that the parts department is properly stocked and organized to maximize efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately identifying and fulfilling customer needs
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating with service technicians to ensure that necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and warranty claims
- Managing and training parts department staff
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts role in a Ford dealership
- Extensive knowledge of Ford parts and warranties
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, with postsecondary education in automotive technology or business management preferred
