- Maintain Order/Item dates, monitor and re-schedule dates to meet supply demand
- Coordinate, and complete monthly shipment targets while ensuring customer on-time delivery.
- Provide analysis for efficiency improvements (workflow, methods, workforce utilization)
- General knowledge of assembly and machining process.
- Support of customer expectations
- Communicate with Engineering, Purchasing, Assembly, Machining, Quality, and Shipping and Receiving
- High School diploma
- Three years of planning and scheduling experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Proven experience with ERP or MRP Systems
- An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Business or related degree
- Ability to read manufacturing prints
- Experience with Oracle
- Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
