Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations and Supply Chain leader for a prestigious power equipment company located in the Beaverdale area. This company specializes in providing complex and customized solutions on a global scale.

Based at their flagship site in Belecke, this role requires a senior professional with extensive experience in Engineering-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this field and possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a complex and customized manufacturing environment, specifically in ETO
  • Hands-on experience in successfully turning around manufacturing operations
  • Leadership in operational strategy, including decision-making for make-or-buy, planning, sourcing, and assembly
  • Management of a team of 120 full-time employees, with direct reporting to the Operations Director
  • Identification and implementation of improvements in areas such as efficiency, inventory management, lead times, and on-time delivery
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • At least 7 years of experience in a senior operational management role in manufacturing
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and improvement
  • Technical education background is preferred
