We are three housing cooperatives in Wuppertal, Haan, and Erkrath, offering apartments in the Wuppertal area for many years. Each company operates independently. In order to provide a comprehensive and attractive training program, we have joined together as a training network. During your training, you will work in three different companies on a six-month rotation. This will give you a diverse insight into the working methods and structures of our cooperatives. However, this type of training also requires a high level of flexibility. With each rotation, you will need to adapt to different colleagues, work processes, structures, and programs. The personal development you will gain through this network training is significant.


We offer:
