Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough case assessments and develop strategic immigration plans tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to corporate HR personnel on immigrationrelated compliance matters, including I9 verification and E-Verify.
  • Stay abreast of changes to immigration laws, regulations, and policies, and advise clients on the potential impact of these changes on their immigration strategies.
  • Represent clients in immigrationrelated audits, investigations, and enforcement actions by government agencies such as USCIS, ICE, and DOL.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement best practices for streamlining the business immigration process and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client communications, case developments, and billing activities.

Qualifications:


  • Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where practicing law.
  • 14 years of experience practicing business immigration law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of business immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, including experience with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.
  • Experience advising corporate clients on immigration compliance matters, including I9 verification and E-Verify.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to corporate clients and colleagues.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to providing highquality legal services with integrity, professionalism, and client service excellence.

Pay:
$70, $88,375.58 per year
