Position:

The firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Immigration Paralegal to contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conducting client interviews and gathering necessary information for case preparation.
Translating documents, correspondence, and conversations between Spanish and English.
Communicating effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
13 years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
