*Join our team in Erfurt as a new team member**Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for the promotion of measures for the treatment of contaminated sites, flood protection, and river development*Your tasks
- Processing of applications, disbursements, and proof of use, including deadline monitoring in the Environmental Department, particularly for projects related to contaminated site treatment and/or river development and flood protection
- Implementation of administrative consequences
- Technical review and evaluation of documents for approval/implementation planning or concepts
- Technical support for funding projects, e.g. participation in project presentations, construction inspections
- University degree in civil engineering, water management, geoecology, environmental sciences, landscape architecture/environmental planning, or comparable fields with knowledge in the areas of contaminated sites and soil protection/river development/flood protection/hydrology
- Ideally, experience in grant law, state budget law, and/or EU structural fund law
- Proficient in IT applications, particularly in-house administrative software
- Good communication and teamwork skills, combined with customer orientation and assertiveness appropriate to the task
- Driver's license with driving experience for business trips
