The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Account Executive to join our company, working at the exciting intersection of agentic AI and physical AI/robotics.
While prior experience in AI/robotics is not a requirement, a strong understanding of the transformative impact of these technologies will be key to the candidate's success.
As a key contributor to our rapid growth, the candidate will have a direct impact on InOrbit's market adoption and revenue expansion.
ResponsibilitiesExecute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve individual sales targets for AI/software products and services.
Prioritize individual sales activities effectively, achieving significant growth while remaining efficient and managing spend.
Manage key customer acquisition metrics, analyze individual sales data and market trends to provide accurate sales guidance, drive transparency in the sales pipeline, and continuously optimize personal sales activities.
Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments, leveraging AI industry trends and competitive analysis.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor on AI solutions.
Negotiate and close complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of AI technologies and their business value.
Implement and optimize personal sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales cycle.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, business development, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product development and market needs.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars, positioning the company as a leader in AI innovation.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, specifically selling disruptive technology in the AI/robotics space.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation and nurturing to complex deal negotiation and closing.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate the value of complex AI and robotics solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving market conditions.
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract high‑performing sellers while supporting a strong upside for top performers.
The expected compensation for this role is:
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000–$220,000, with an uncapped performance-based bonus.
Equity is included as part of the total compensation package.
Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, and geographic market. This role includes full access to our bonus structure, accelerators, and performance‑based incentives.
