Job summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Oversee adherence to company policies and industry standards in all client communications.
- Analyze account data and inform clients of their performance
- Seek ways to refine processes and introduce effective practices
- Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that support client objectives
