    Description

    Business System Analyst

    Years of Experience: 8+ years

    Location: Los Angeles, CA/Remote

    Duration : 1 Year

    Your responsibilities in this role will include:

    • 8+ years of experience working as Techno-Functional role.
    • Good to have experience in Utilities domain.
    • Experience supporting on Workflow migration projects and Sharepoint.
    • Experience in elicitation of requirements specific to business process automations at all scales, is a must.
    • Good Experience in assessing SharePoint sites.
    • Excellent communication, requirements elicitation & documentation skills.
    • Quickly create functional requirements documents from multiple business units/functional areas and make it easily understandable by both technical team and business owners.
    • Work independently and make decisions in accordance with technical team.
    • Working with Business & Senior management to elicit Dashboard requirements.
    • Provide essential input to other stakeholders so that plans are based on analysis of historical performance and real time data.
    • Presenting requirements & collaboration across cross-functional teams.
    • Have familiarity with forecasting, budgeting and scheduling concepts.
    • Assess existing applications and prepare requirement documents.
    • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents & User Stories.
    • Work with Business users to elicit & validate requirements for Modernization of application.
    • Experienced in Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies.
    • Ready to work with multi-vendor teams from distributed locations.

    Soft Skills:

    Good communication skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

    Good to Have skills:

    ·Experience in large scale modernization initiatives is a plus.

    ·Experienced in Data Analysis, Data Dashboards, SQL, BI Tools is good to have.

    ·Awareness of Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

    ·Awareness of UI Technologies

    ·Understanding of UX designs
